they took my pictures and i paid in full but they never sent my pictures to my school for my yearbook after they said they would, please get your photos taken anywhere else than this garbage company.
Been trying for nearly a month to schedule an appt for my daughters senior yearbook photo. I have called at all times of the day and on every day of the week. I have left messages, submitted emails and no response. Called the school and they have no add'l info. Said there are many in this position. Way to stress out a senior just a bit more...... Terrible. Thumbs way DOWN!
I have been trying to make an appointment for pictures for my son for a month now. There 800 number is a mass you can't even get to a point where you can book an appointment their website is useless, and when you walk into their shop the employee hands you a card with the 800# that you cant talk to a person at or even book on and can't even help you then. At this point I'm about to hire a regular photographer for my son's senior pictures otherwise I don't think he'll have any
Great photo at a higher cost but not non affordable
My portraits didnt exactly come out very well, we havent really been able to send any out because of this. The prints were cut kind of oddly where the bottom appeared on the top of some. I wish they came out better (the way I was told to pose for them was less than flattering) it's just very disappointing. I might use them for photos again, maybe.
