The young lady who took my son's senior photo was amazing, kind, & outgoing. I wish I could say the same for the communication of your store & call center. I called 3x in 3 weeks leaving a message to make an appointment. No one ever called me back so I booked online. When I called to confirm, I was told his appointment couldn't be found.
