Had a terrible experience with this company. Apparently, they are going out of business and forgot to mention that when we ordered photo packages through the school. I had to call corporate because they refused to answer any calls at the actual location, which diverts you to the website, which does not work properly. Got a refund from the third party company that apparently owns them but was still upset because because of the lack of communication through the business. Unfortunately overpriced. Went simply because the school had this appointed. Do not know if we had other choices. For the costs of pictures you would figure they would actually glamor up the customer, an actual photo shoot perspective. Did not buy any, only selected the picture for the yearbook.
