I hesitate giving a 5-star rating even though I said I would. I've read the other reviews and am really shocked! I really had a tremendously wonderful experience. I did an online chat. "Abraham" was the chat name. I was not speaking with a bot, but rather a live person. I explained my history. My son had photos / proofs through Prestige Portraits back in 2011. We were living FAR below the poverty line at that time and I couldn't afford to purchase any graduation/senior photos. My son unexpectedly, tragically died last month.... read more
Fast and great looking pics
Customer service was very poor. Even calling to book an appointment was o plain awful. You can't get even through to anyone. All the phone number does is play a recording of directions and time they are open. I even tried an extension that was given to me. NOTHING!! When I got there, I was given an excuse of last person to handle calls quit and didn't know anything about it. I also went on the web site, again, nothing!!
