We were asked to show up to our daughter's senior portrait session 15 minutes before our appointment time and they did not call her back to take the pictures until 29 minutes after our appointment time. I question the quality of work any company can do of they cannot even stick to the schedule they set.
ZERO stars! We had the worst experience for my son's Senior photos. They are extremely rude and unaccomodating. My son has curly hair so he wanted to take his cap and gown photo last so he didn't mess up his hair for the yearbook photo. The photographer was extremely rude and would not budge. Then he made him put his cap all the way down smashing his hair. The guy said corporate makes them. Well I am paying for the photos so I don't care what they want. I never complain ever!!! Two of our kids have had their senior photos done here now. The staff is super friendly and helpful, pics always come out great!
Honestly don’t know that much about photography standards. The photos and people at the studio are nice but it looks like they retouched the pictures even though that option wasn’t enabled and I didn’t want it, it looks a bit too smooth. In my opinion, steep barely customizable photo options but they have semi-frequent sales from all the emails they send (and unbelievable amount of wallet photos that I wish I had the option to exchange for a bigger print) They leave a watermark and some weird number and name trim at the bott... read more
