Two of our kids have had their senior photos done here now. The staff is super friendly and helpful, pics always come out great!
Honestly don’t know that much about photography standards. The photos and people at the studio are nice but it looks like they retouched the pictures even though that option wasn’t enabled and I didn’t want it, it looks a bit too smooth. Poor customer service, phone number goes to a robo call taker. Unprofessional, frustrating.
The worst support ever. Senior pictures came in too dark. No answer at the local studio. Had to call the mainland office. They acknowledged that it was too dark, but was hoping it was OK. I paid $500 for the pictures, of course I want them with the correct color. Fast forward to Senior Prom. They send me the teacher photos and not my child's photo. Tried calling and there's no one that can help me. No one local answers the phone. No one in the chat can help. And now I'm stuck with $100 worth of teacher's prom photos, and not... read more
This place is a scam my daughter was giving a flash drive from her prom and there was no pics on the drive. you try to call them and you cant even talk to a human there.
