Buyers beware!!! Would never shop here again. Terrible customer service - unhelpful owner uses intimidation tactics when queried about faulty products. Dogs presence also wouldn’t surprise me if used for intimidation as dog is allowed to wander anywhere all over shop and outside unattended. Purchased a rubbish spa lid from this shop. Owner surprised us with the wrong size lid on pick up even though we gave measurements when we ordered and assured us it would be fine even though too big. He was not sorry for the size differen... read more
