This company is poorly ran. I’ve had billing issues with them every single month and had to show proof of all payments through bank states on multiple occasions. On top of that they do not know how to treat a pool. We’ve had so many issues with our pools chemicals. The worker said he put a treatment in the pool and our pool turned blue/purple with a thick film around the pool and in the filter but when I talked to the office I was told they only check/treat chlorine and PH only. This is the worst pool service I’ve ever dealt with. Every single month there’s a billing issue, and I’ve repeatedly had to send screenshots proving payments were made. On top of that, the maintenance team severely over-saturated my pool with chemicals and caused damage to the pool. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner, Keith, refuses to acknowledge the problems caused by his company or employees. Extremely unprofessional experience from start to finish.

this company has no systems in place to do accurate billing. Either we were billed inaccurately, billed after payment had already been made, or not billed at all. Every month we had a problem with billing. The owner accepts, no responsibility for anything and doesn’t think there’s a problem. his methods are antiquated and he can’t even look up if a check has cleared. Needless to say we have gone elsewhere. pathetic excuse for customer service.
