this company has no systems in place to do accurate billing. Either we were billed inaccurately, billed after payment had already been made, or not billed at all. Every month we had a problem with billing. The owner accepts, no responsibility for anything and doesn’t think there’s a problem. his methods are antiquated and he can’t even look up if a check has cleared. Needless to say we have gone elsewhere. pathetic excuse for customer service.
