Awesome Job..Love my Pool
Any review that you see that is positive is most likely their friends or relatives, because my experience with this company was one of the worst I've ever had. The owners is extremely rude and condescending. I was ready to hand them $20k plus worth of business, until the owner of the company flew off the handle when I questioned him about why installing a light in my pool was $2000 when I've had other quotes for much less. Avoid this company at all costs.
I rarely review anything on Google but on this I felt compelled. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 57 years. Horrible customer service. Made promises not kept. It's August 22 in Michigan and my pool is still not open due to their incompetence!
Had to modify my review. This company used to be awesome however not anymore. Last year they closed my inground pool and left the pool ladder in the pool. 4 days later after numerous phone calls I went out and pulled the ladder myself. When doing that I also noticed the pump was running. They closed the pool and left the pump powered up. It had been running dry for 4 days. I reluctantly paid the bill knowing there would be a problem with the pool pump this season. After they opened the pool this year the pump stopped working... read more
