Prestige Pools NC installed my pool in 2018 and less then two years one of my three water pool lights when out. After trying relentlessly for two years now, to get Prestige Pools NC to service my request for replacement (offering to pay mileage), Prestige Pools of NC responded saying because they do not service my area anymore, they will NOT assist us and recommended we call this, that and the other. Prestige installed an in-ground pool for us in 2003. We recently had a minor issue that Prestige even came out to fix on a Sunday afternoon. We have recommended Prestige to other people in the past and would again.

Prestige Pools installed my inground liner pool. I have had many problems with the bottom of the pool since they installed it including the bottom being soft and mushy, which ultimately produced many divots and craters in the bottom of pool. When it came to replacing the pool, I discovered that the bottom of the pool was not constructed properly. The requirement is for 2" of vermiculite. However, my pool bottom only had 1/4" to 1/2" of vermiculite. This caused the bottom to be unstable and allow water to enter under the line... read more

**** purchased a pool from us in May of 2002 We installed the pool that summer 2 inches of vermiculite is not a required depth. Builders use foam, concrete, cement, vermiculite and sand to prepare the pool bottom. We install all our pools properly and most customers enjoy their pools for years past our warranty period I dont have the exact date but within a years time their was a warranty issue with the liner We reordered the liner and replaced it.
