Unprofessional pool company all the way around! We complained about the pool being over BLEACHED. Chip, the owner, went behind our gate after dark without notifying my mother to check the pool with his flashlight. Then he BANGED on the front door, and then rang the doorbell. Been using Prestige since purchasing our home. The prior owner used them for years prior to us. I think they do a great job. Our pool always looks blue, clean, clear and beautiful. We recently had our deck and pool redone and hired Chip to hand the first 30 days of “burn in”. He comes every day, mostly very late in the day after a very long day. We have worked with Prestige for the past 9 years. Chip resurfaced our pool at that time and began regular pool maintenance since then. We have been very happy with weekly service and occasional repairs. He is always prompt in responding and doing what he says he will do. We are grateful for the integrity and service we receive.

Prestige Pool Service. 1 Star is too high. I was supposed to have weekly "full service maintenance" of my pool including testing of the water, chemicals, cleaning, etc however the result is my pool looks like it has algae green swamp water. Only after I sent the owner "Chip" a picture of the green algae water did he even admit there was a problem. Water was supposed to be tested and the proper level of chemicals added every week to maintain a healthy water quality. They sent someone every week who was in and out in ten minut... read more
