Prestige Plumbing and HVAC Services provided a professional and excellent experience. Being new to Salisbury, Prestige Plumbing and HVAC Services, was recommended. The crew ran a gas line for our gas stove and water heater. They also installed a tankless water heater. Amelia was very detailed and patient when I would call with questions. When the crew arrived for service, they thoroughly explained exactly what they were doing and answered all our questions before and after.
Absolute best service in town for plumbing. Grant and Daniel were excellent, very knowledgeable and honest.
Andy came out back to back days to fix our plumbing issue. This went from a clogged line (we suspected) to having to replace the entire septic line the next day. He worked continuously and hand trenched everything carefully. He was extremely efficient, kind, very attentive to the yard and house and very respectful.
