I scheduled an appointment with them and they called to cancel because he had a cold and was going to be tested for Covid. The next week I called to reschedule and he said he was negative for Covid but simply did not show up. I texted him to find out what happened and am still waiting for him to reply. That was 2 weeks ago.
After getting an astronomical quote from a competitor for a sewer mainline replacement I called Prestige for a second opinion. They quoted me significantly less than their competitor and scheduled me as soon as they could. Once they dug up my yard they realized they wouldn't need to replace my entire sewer mainline, just a section of it, and so the final bill came in way below what they had even quoted me.
