It has been a nightmare trying to get the additional proofs we paid for, for our senior portraits. We've made numerous calls to the 800 number; however, nothing has been resolved! In addition, the proofs we have received are blurry and our daughter has shadows in her face! I don't understand why schools make it mandatory to take pictures with such an unprofessional company. Parents beware!
