A BIG shout out to Meren from Prestige Phone Repairs in Northland. I upgraded from my iphone 12 to an iphone 14 and when doing the transfer the phones hit a glitch! I went into Vodafone who are my providers and after almost an hour they could't fix the problem. They therefore recommended me to Prestige Phone Repairs. The best recommendation EVER!! The team at Prestige Phone replaced the battery on my S21+. They quickly detected an issue with the adhesive from the original refurbishment so properly glued it back together after the battery swap. They also cleaned the charging port and gave me a great deal on a new case. Great service and great price.

He was very friendly, well priced and transparent through the whole process. He also worked very efficiently. He had to replace more than he initially anticipated but didn’t charge us any extra which was very kind. 100% recommend
