Would give them negative stars. I ordered an rx, it said it would be delivered the next day. They charged me and a week later I called and found out this store went out of business. They claim they refunded the order but will not give me a receipt. They tell me to start a new chat on the same platform I was chatting in already and request it there. They want me to click another link and pay again without proof of return. I get it things happen, but no effort to try ro solve the problem. Horrible company.
It’s very unusual that I put my request in the app on the 12th and estimated to be delivered by tomorrow but it’s still saying requested! I tried calling multiple times to confirm my order was placed because I need it by tomorrow however no one is picking up the phone…….is anyone working there?
I have been waiting on an overdue medication to be delivered for days. According to the app I use it has been delivered but I never received it. There is no tracking information available. I have called and messaged the pharmacy repeatedly to find out what is going on with my order. No one answers the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full.
I am forever grateful that these people are so kind and helpful! Jayda and Naomi have gone above and beyond to help get the best prices and their customer service is so refreshing. They also deliver and take one more step off my plate. Thank God for Prestige!
