Rocky has been licking his paw since he got home. Upon further inspection he has razor burns on his paws and on his genitals. Please don't go here they hurt my puppy. He was also shaking his head really bad, when I looked in his ears I found a big cotton ball that had been left in his right ear. I was charged $130 for a 40lb dog. Short sighted pricing. Due to the fact they hurt my puppy and charged extremely high prices we are 1 and done. I was referred by some friends.

I took my labradoodle Ellie there on Tuesday to be groomed. First thing I heard was one of the groomers yelling at a dog THAT IT DOESNT LISTEN FOR SHIT. When I picked up Ellie and took her home I noticed blood spots all over my back seat. I called them to ask what had happened and they said that they had cut a nail to short. They told me to put baking soda or flour on it to stop the bleeding. They also advised me that if that didn't help to take her to the vet. Super angry, my dog has cuts, burns and is terribly miserable. I called and they said connie...the owner would call me, but i got no call back. Now i have to wait for tomorrow. I don't know what happened yesterday with my dog but he is COMPLETELY different, Came home not listening like he normally does because he has been very well trained, VERY hyper, and this morning out of nowhere he jumped at my cat growling and snarling, he has never in his life done this to my cats ever, he is the sweetest dog ever so in the 4 hours that he was there his behavior completely changed and now he is aggressive. Hi there, I am sorry to hear about your pups sudden change in attitude, Winston is a super sweet pup. I spoke with your groomer and got the details of your groom. Your boy was kept separate from other dogs at all times during his groom; When he was not being bathed or groomed, he was kept in a kennel. Winston came in with a good 8" of hair. We explained at check in there was likely to be charges because of the extent of brushing needed to groom your pet. Our dog ,Gryffin, loves Prestige Pet Salon. He goes there for Day Care and we always get his hair cut there too! Everyone is very sweet and nice. I'm a 1st time fur Mommy and I'm always a nervous wreck. They help me with Gryffin, when I'm not 100% sure about something. They love the dogs like their own and you can tell everyone loves their job. they know us by name and always remember his hair cut... a simple mohawk... lol I recommend this salon to any pet owner! They are amazing!
Our boy Koa Loa loves going to Prestige Pet Salon. We took him there last week and he comes back happy and smelling like a rose!! Well sorta lol
Sam, our cockerspaniel mix, is very timid and we were worried about how he'd do but the people at Prestige are so awesome they're able to groom him with the minimal amount of stress and fabulous results every time. That means so much to us that even though we recently moved further away we have no plans to try and find a closer groomer.
