I had a very frustrating experience with Prestige Parking, particularly dealing with Sara. I rented a parking spot to move in on July 29, but when I arrived, the spot was occupied. I called 20 times and waited for hours without any response. As a result, I had to find alternative parking for that night. I recently had some challenges with the moving out process at Prestige Parking, as it felt a bit confusing and overwhelming. I had a bad experience with Prestige Parking. The gate lock pad hard to read numbers and many times don't work, as well I attempted to cancel my parking spot, and I tried to call manager multiple times and I sent text messages, emails and I still couldn’t get through to anyone to finalize the cancellation. It’s been over an month and a half, and my account still shows the reservation as active. The lack of communication and support has been very disappointing. I've been a customer at Prestige Parking & Storage since April 2021, and unfortunately, have witnessed a marked decline in both the facility and service quality which has forced me to leave.
