We were doing interior and exterior of new homes built by Royal Homes. Out grew the Budget painting name and changed it to Howell enterprises around 1992. The 1998 we change our focus and name to Prestige Painting & Finishing.

I called Mike Howell for an estimate to come and see about prepping and painting my 2.5 dining room walls. They had wall paper on them and I knew they could be painted over the paper if the process was done right. Mike said he knew how to do it. The process is this: 1.
