I needed help with my remote to open my garage door. Justin was able to diagnose my problem over the phone, sent me a video so I could fix the problem and save money. He checked up on me twice to make sure it worked! He could have just charged me a service charge and not give me the opportunity to save money. I am very grateful for his professionalism and kindness. And my remote garage opener works now yea!
