Ivan my technician was awesome, there were some complications wintering my sprinklers because of the landscapers that installed my system and he figured out the issue, resolved it quickly and was very professional, kind and efficient. I will definitely be using them next year.
Make sure you are clear on what work is included in the Start Up package (eg. Silver 19pt inspection) and what work you will be charged extra for at a rate of $131/hr. My $250 Silver package ended up costing $650 based on 2 hrs extra labor + parts. In hindsight, much of the work charged out at this rate was of a minor nature that I would have thought would have been included as part of the Start Up package & could have been done by myself.
