Our local dentist who accepts UHC Medicaid referred us to this practice but they do not accept Medicaid from NM. We have to seek care elsewhere. I found that interesting with all the little ones on Medicaid in NM. Scheduling department staff member was friendly and answered the call in a timely manner. Very professional.
I was taken care of very well. The doctor and the team did a beautiful job during my procedure. The whole team was patient and nice. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Not only that but they all reached out to me after the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Beautiful service.
True professionals, very clean, very efficient!
Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and lost feeling on the left side of my face completely. Tried to call about 30 times and never got after care or even a call back. They completely ghosted me. Even my dentist emailed them with no reply. My friend also went to them after for the same surgery and had a rough experience. The receptionist was talking poorly about patients that kept trying to call them as if that’s not their only job. Had to see another doctor for after care.
Great experience. Above and beyond excellent service. Highly recommended for any dental emergencies or surgery. Honestly the best dental treatment my family has received in years.
