This company was called Big Cat moving and they are a complete scam. I beg you to not give this company your business. Last year they scammed my Mom. I want everyone to know, so they don't fall victim. They are a moving broker and should be avoided at all costs. The concept is that you call these people, and then they hire the actual movers. I hired Prestige Moving Group for my relocation from Los Angeles CA to Miami Fl. I was very stressed about the moving but they assisted me with all my questions and made me felt comfortable with them doing the moving. Honestly they surpassed my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The team was very professional and handled my belongings with care. The entire process was smooth, and I highly recommend their services. This was an all around great experience. The communication barrier with this company was so on point that I actually felt like they were family. We moved our 3 bedroom house + office from Seattle to Dallas back in August. The movers showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job with all of our furniture, paintings, and outdoor furniture. Alex was the foreman. We used Prestige Moving Group for a recent move. This company went WAY above and beyond in easing our stress, accommodating our timeline in a hectic time of year and making sure we did not have to worry about our possessions. Please refer to Mellie Gordon's review as well. From what I have learned after having more than a year to research... Everything Mellie posted is typically spot on for this company. I contacted Jason from Prestige back in late January early February of 2023. I explained to him that we had not yet purchased a mobile home in the Tampa Florida area yet therefore I could not give him an accurate destination address.
