I sat down with Gary for over an hour going over the possibilities of my car build. Positives and negatives of what I wanted to do. The staff is very knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend this shop. Eric kept me updated throughout the process, and the car runs great!!!
This establishment failed to meet my expectations significantly, as evidenced by my purchase of a $240,000 Bentley from them. Unfortunately, I encountered a complete lack of customer service. The team consistently provided excuses rather than solutions. Furthermore, the vehicle was delivered without the promised second key and with only half a tank of gas. While Tony, one of the owners, is a reputable individual, his team falls short of expectations. Regrettably, I am unable to recommend this establishment. Dr Robb kelly
Tread lightly with this dealership.. it has all the hallmark red flags in the auto/dealer world. I tried calling the dealer twice on their main number listed once on Monday and twice today in regards to a Ferrari, no answer - no text - no callback.
Had an issue with the airbag in my Masarati, after calling several shops in San Antonio without help I called Gary with prestige and had a great experience. My car is finally fixed, they are super knowledgeable especially with high end cars. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed
