Paul is extremely patient and helpful. He did everything he could to help me get a vehicle within my price range that was also big enough for my children to all be able to fit into. Very communicative during the process of getting everything done start to finish and kept me updated with any and all progress and/or concerns that came up with financing. I would recommend him and prestige 100% to anyone needing a new vehicle and will have no issues making another purchase from him down the line.
I'm very disappointed, he sold us a lemon "apparently a certified lemon" we purchased a car for our granddaughter to go to college, certified and all, only have the muffler fall off, the door handle break and the worst of all, the brake cable broke leaving her with no brakes ..and this was certified..what a joke my granddaughter could of been seriously hurt and this salesman just says "what do u want me to do"...well I think im going to contact someone to be held responsible!
Paul was very professional and welcoming. My 81 year old aunt was shopping for a vehicle. Paul was very transparent when we found a vehicle that would fit her style and all through the buying process. I would 100% recommend Paul and Prestige Motors to anyone looking to buy!
