I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, but instead of being treated like a serious buyer, I was dismissed and made to feel like I couldn’t afford the car. Not only was this insulting, it showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for potential customers. Regardless of someone’s appearance or assumptions, every person deserves to be treated with courtesy and fairness. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly suggest others do the same if they value being treated with dignity.
Went to view a car, drove an hour to get there. When I asked for a drive test, they said you can only drive it when you buy the car. What type of dealership is this. How can I buy a car without knowing if it drives as it should and if it has no issues. They are definitely hiding something. Avoid this place!!! Don’t travel to this place , it will be a waste of journey!!
Terrible dealer wasted my time and day, drove all the way from Manchester to get the car, soon started the engine and found the engine management light was ON and car worth £19949 totally waste of the time, avoid at all the cost.
Helpful and quick to get me and my first car on the road. Had for a few weeks now and no problems at all, will be recommending and will be returning if needs be. 10/10.
Avoid like the plague. Bought a mokka from them. Nothing but trouble. Finance company finally agreed can reject the car after sending a mechanic out. DO NOT USE
