I haven’t had my car totally detailed since I purchased it in 2020. I was BEYOND satisfied (which is not something most people can achieve) with this company’s work! Dominic of Prestige Mobile Detailing does First Class Auto Detailing. He answers the phone and if you have to leave a message he returns his calls promptly unlike most of the other Mobile Detailing companies in SWFL Many of them aren't even based in SWFL. There regional companies with hourly employees who don't know the first thing about properly detailing a car. Dominic is very professional in his business. He is courteous when calling or texting or returning calls & texts. He is punctual but updates if the appt gets delayed for some reason. He gets here prepared to work, gets started promptly, and works consistently until the job is done. Dominic takes pride in his work and it shows. And he does little things that I never think of or expect to be included, like today (01-16-25) for instance the headlights on my 20-YO Escalade were very hazy/dull and he's out there polishing away.
