Very unimpressed with how this company goes about setting up appointments. One must text someone's personal cell and the respondent is very unprofessional in the correspondence. It was a very strange experience to say the least. Additionally, I was informed he would contact me one week after I had initially reached out, but I never heard back so I ended up having to reach back out three weeks later.
