I have used Prestige previously for special event glassware with no issues. Unfortunately, this year we purchased steins for an event and 27% of our order was either missing or damaged. After placing the order, Customer Service reached out to note that they were 3 short on the order but would be receiving more steins the next week. They asked if I'd like to wait until all of the steins were available. I ordered well before our event, so I confirmed I would like to wait. Unfortunately, my request was not honored. I was using Prestige for all my printing needs, but have had a few negative experiences with them For a large order of over 1000 glasses, they double charged my card which caused me to be late on my mortgage because I didn't budget a $3000 extra expenditure that month. They then offered to give us credit back, instead of just refunding us. It was over a week later before we got the refund. They then shipped the order with no liftgate or no mention that we needed one or a fork lift, so the order was delayed 2 days and barely ... read more
