I was using Prestige for all my printing needs, but have had a few negative experiences with them For a large order of over 1000 glasses, they double charged my card which caused me to be late on my mortgage because I didn't budget a $3000 extra expenditure that month. They then offered to give us credit back, instead of just refunding us. It was over a week later before we got the refund. I had a great experience working with Prestige. I ordered glasses for an event I was having, and they were easy to work with, and did a great job on my order. Communication was excellent, and they have the best selection I have seen.

I spoke with the Art Department that assured me the graphic I sent would be reviewed by the staff. They sent me a note stating my graphic would work and would be enlarged to properly be displayed on the size of glass bought. I approved the graphic thinking they would live up to there word. After all I am not an Artist nor had I ever seen the glass. I got a standard Whiskey glass with our company graphic almost to small to even put on a shot glass.
