I had a facial treatment with Laisa, and I couldn't be more satisfied! She was incredibly attentive and took the time to discuss the most suitable treatments based on what my skin truly needed. Throughout the entire process, she explained each step in a clear and friendly way. Laisa was not only professional but also super friendly and gentle , which made the experience even more enjoyable.
