I genuinely wonder if Dr. Ninos is aware of the way his team treats customers at the Guildford location. They try make you feel inferior and milk money out of you. I’m more than happy to pay for your services , but don’t take advantage of customers. I went to get a brow lift and crow's feet treatment done. The nurse only did the crow's feet and kept dismissing me when I said I want my brows lifted too. Then charge me $300 for it. Dr. Ninos is the best of the best! I don’t trust anyone else with my face. The staff is always so nice and professional. Highly recommend.
I was going to check this place out but I heard from family and friends about bad service from a receptionist named Taylor to none regulars, so I will seek another place
I don't recommend this clinic AT ALL! Very bad customer service from Taylor, she is treating customers badly and has very bad attitude. I have been waiting for my appointment and they changed my Dr to a new person which is NOT ACCEPTABLE No respect at all!
