am absolutely baffled that Adam (Specialist Shop/ Prestige Mechanical) are still in business. Purchased and paid for a Cayenne drivers seat from this lot almost 6 weeks ago and have basically been ghosted - only way to get ahold of of him is off other peoples phones and basically get 1 word answers - apparently item is in transit to be but can’t even tell me who the shipping company is? Communication was great before money changed hands (Funny that) Wouldn’t even consider doing business with this lot.

Would have rated zero stars. Send wrong parts, promised to send right ones 4 weeks ago. Never did anything and not willing to refund money. Returned parts straight away. Refuses to communicate.
Wonderful experience with Prestige Mechanical, lowest price for cam belt replacement and WOF. The staff are friendly and efficient, I would highly recommend.
