Extremely disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I want to share my recent experience to save others from wasting their time and money here. Last week, my girlfriend visited this workshop for advice on her car. Right from the start, the mechanic’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Edwin is worst and dodgy mechanic, overpriced, not professional, not recommended.
Here is a business that does not appreciate customers and is not honest to them. They diagnose faults incorrectly and in solving one problem create another. The aim seems to be to create an endless cycle of problems so that the business can continue to profit at the expense of customers. While the business owner may question the content of a review - it would be better to correct their own processes and be honest to customers. Worst and dodgy mechanic, overpriced, not professional, not recommended.
Great experience and service. Highly recommended. Got to this mechanic by chance after I got a very large value quote from my current mechanic to fix a wof fail. I went to lunch and as I was eating and thinking on how much money I need to spend on the car I saw across the road the sign for this auto shop. I said let's go in and ask for a second opinion.
