Kevin the owner provided excellent and fairly-priced service on July 8th, 2020. We had a problem with a Brass Entry Knob with Double Cylinder Deadbolt and Kevin warned in advance that in these cases he may not be able to repair or replace such a lock if it is very old. He set an appointment and even called ahead on the day. He wore a mask, because of the pandemic, as did we, and he carefully assessed our ~55-year old lock.
