This company cancels last minute on their customers!! Save yourself the aggravation and use a different limo service!!
Horrible limo. Literally NO AIR CONDITIONING in a hot 30 degrees summer day. We were all fully toast by the time we got to the wedding. For the sake of safety AVOID this company, at least during hot months.
Prestige limo saved my day. 10/10 recommend! We originally booked with Top Limo and they took our money and no showed on us and didn’t even call. On a last minute attempt to find something we called Prestige limo and they had a party bus at our door as soon as they could, we were amazed how quickly they were able to accommodate us on a last minute call. THIS IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!! Derek saved the day for 13 of us. I live in Niagara Region, had tickets to the Oasis concert in North York. Booked a trip with another company (Top Limo if you're interested). When they didn't show up at the appointed time, we called and were informed that our reservation had been cancelled. They didn't phone, didn't text, didn't email, nothing!!!! We had all had a couple of drinks prior to the anticipated pick up time and therefore, could not drive. Derek absolutely saved the day!!! We had booked Top Limo in advance to take us to Oasis. They were supposed to pick 14 of us up at 3:30. At 3:40 I phoned and was told they had cancelled,, Phoned Derek in a panic and he saved the day!! Wayne our driver is amazing. Thanks so much. I will only use Prestige in the future
