I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16 and I would not use their service again. Although the driver showed up on time, the time going into the limo was delayed for like 30 mins due to unpredicted weather conditions, it was raining and got windy (no one's fault), and we didn't want to mess up the girls hair and make up. However, the driver had to stop by to put gas (very unprofessional), which should have been ready for the event, then we got dropped off at texas tech for photo sessions. We were super happy with the service we received. We had a group for Homecoming. Diego was very accommodating, our group went to multiple places for pics. He called to confirm service the day before, providing name of driver and phone number. Driver called 10 minutes prior to arrival. We would absolutely use this service again.
