Excellent from start to finish. The estimate and ordering process was easy and helpful and they fitted in with our timetable. On the day the two installers were really helpful in explaining to us everything that would be done. Very efficient in clearing away the old lawn and soil, and preparation was very thorough with the membrane and tamped gravel. Our choice of the Enigma lawn looks exactly what we wanted. We used Prestige Lawns after gaining several quotes from other companies. The customer service was excellent they were not too pushy but gave so much information about the different styles to go for. We had to delay fitting by a few weeks and the team were great about this.. when it came to fitting one of the guys noticed the wrong batch for the lawn, I didn’t actually notice any difference but the team managed to get this resolved within 24 hours.
