Truly the best! I knew I didn’t want a typical wedding set, Steven and Jamie were both so helpful in deciding and made the process fun and easy! My ring is incredible, the quality and craftsmanship is far beyond what you would find at a chain jewelry store. I have gotten so many compliments and can’t believe what a beautiful set I have! The customer service is top notch as well, Jamie made sure I had everything I needed to get my ring insured within days of purchase. So happy I went with Prestige!

We were coming in to design a custom wedding band for our wedding later this year. The staff was extremely rude upon entering the building. We immediately walked out and went to IMG Jewelers and designed our dream ring. I strongly recommend anyone looking for stand up customer service to go to IGM Jewelers in Mayfield. Shameful customer service. The female clerk was nasty to my fiancé and I within 5 seconds of entering the store saying "I don't know what your problem is" because we needed to be buzzed in 2 time due to their failing and outdated door system requires an extremely firm pull to open. We turn around and walked right out. STAY AWAY!
