A couple of years ago I had purchased my husband's wedding band from this store. I had the nicest sales lady named Joanne. I was hoping to do business with her again, as we wanted to upgrade my husband's ring. I was told she was on leave. As I was looking with another sales lady, the owner came out and was very rude and seemed like he was losing his patience because I was indecisive. We called and were told the jeweler would be there by 1:30pm. We drove all the way to the inconveniently located store and were told he would be there shortly. We waited an hour. No show. We left and won't be back. This is no way to treat customers or to run a business.

The owners were incredibly helpful and genuinely eager to make sure I got the perfect ring.
