Sam completely transformed my engagement ring, even though it was purchased from another store. I struggled to find a wedding band that fit because my setting wasn’t high enough. I trusted Sam to adjust my ring and create a matching band, and he absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care he put into my pieces were beyond anything I imagined. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
I can't recommend this place enough. I originally came to have a family heirloom rebuilt only, but thankfully they checked out my wedding rings which were apparently about to loose some diamonds and also needed some love. Sam was very honest about what needed to be done and provided thoughtful suggestions for the rebuild, which made me trust his experience and knowledge even more. Very professional service with a warm, caring staff. They have made jewellery for us (a beautiful pendant for Grandma with 13 grandkid birthstones, for example) and resized rings. The workmanship is outstanding. We highly recommend Prestige Jewellery in Keswick.
