Brought an engagement ring in for a simple resizing. Was ready for pick up in 4 days. I picked it up paid, and with in the distance from the cash to the door of looking at the ring could see visible porosity in the band where they had to weld it. Daughter ring was damage. When to have ring repaired. Handed over the ring to the jeweler he looked at it he said he could fix it. To my Amazement when to the back and fix on the spot and also polished ring. to my amazement no charge.

I went to Prestige Jewellery in Keswick for a watch battery replacement and was very happy with their service. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also noticed they have a great and unique collection of jewellery. It will definitely be my first choice if I decide to buy jewellery in the future!
