Always a great place plenty on display
We are full time on the road and called into a couple of Jayco dealerships with warrantee issues. Jayco Bendigo was a stand out in terms of providing immediate service to resolve our water leak which were complicated to diagnose and fix as there were two separate issues which caused the leaks. The team took the van in at short notice twice and worked with us which lead to the solution of the complicated water leak. Thank you very much your efforts were appreciated.
The person I spoke with first was helpful, he has now left, so placed $2000 deposit he said full refund if we didn't go ahead but only returned $1700. Went back in staff were rude dishonest refused to assist, will not go to Jayco Bendigo and suggest that no one should go there aswel
We came to get some parts on 24 dec only to find a sign on the gate saying it is closed that day. Disappointed.
Got some spare parts for my Jayco the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful ✅
