The service department is absolutely top-notch! Bryce P. is a true asset to this outstanding team—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. Our technician, Alex, provided excellent care and even sent a helpful video update on our vehicle’s status. Exceptional customer service, quality auto repair, and great communication all around. My Cayenne required service for three recalls and a warranty issue with the steering column. Stephanie Secor and Porsche Prestige provided excellent attention and service. I scheduled the work to be done while out of town and Stephanie arranged for my vehicle to be dropped off at the airport.
Though the people are kind and helpful when you get there, the fact that one can’t get ahold of anyone in service on the phone has proved to be a real problem. They claim to have been having trouble with their phones since they moved, but they moved three months ago and somehow they were able to solve the phone problem on the sales side of the house.
