While the website talks about the importance of customer service that is misleading. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for an ESTIMATE. Ira spent all of 7 minutes! took a few fotos. never asked quetions nothing. Then said I would have an estimate within an hour, end of the day at the latest. That was a week ago. I have nothing. Phone calls were not returned. Prestige has servivced my car for 15 years, and they are awesome. This autobody collision center is HORRID. Stay away.
Everything was to perfection. I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship, the service, and the professionalism. One never wants to use the services of a collision repair service, but if you have to, Prestige Imports Collison Center is the place to go!!!!!
