We stayed one night at the Hotel Zed. Great location! Steps from the beach, park, restaurants, coffeehouses and breweries! We walked everywhere once checked in. There are a LOT of breweries within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are renovated and spotless clean.

Treats their employees poorly, is scheduling horrendous constantly telling you one thing and then changing it and blaming you. Major gaslighting.
Not an awful experience, but still meh It was warm enough, and kind of clean - except the balcony: it was never cleaned. The thick layer of dirt says it haven’t been cleaned in many months, see picture. Also, the shower is ridiculous- the stream of water was so weak that it made me swear. The restaurant open a bit too late, so no breakfast for me. Not coming back.
