Been with Prestige Honda Service for years... partly cos over the years bought 3 Hondas from them... also its closer to home than other dealership. Usually attended by Dan (Dan has been there for years too). Always well informed by him if there are extra costs, especially when upon 1st inspection by the mechanic, additional things are recommended... frankly I have declined a few over years but they are not pushy... unless it's REALLY essential to have it done. I recently purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic (3 weeks ago) and took it to Prestige Honda today for a simple windscreen wiper repair. I chose this location for convenience, as it is closer to me than Honda North where I bought the car, but the experience was a total failure. Had all my car services only done by them. Yet they did not want to take responsibility for damaging the coolant overflow tank and said the tank was found out of place. The people who last touched anything under the hood was them yet they say they can’t tell me why its out of place and caused the damage.
