I recently purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic (3 weeks ago) and took it to Prestige Honda today for a simple windscreen wiper repair. I chose this location for convenience, as it is closer to me than Honda North where I bought the car, but the experience was a total failure. Had all my car services only done by them. Yet they did not want to take responsibility for damaging the coolant overflow tank and said the tank was found out of place. The people who last touched anything under the hood was them yet they say they can’t tell me why its out of place and caused the damage.
If I could give them a zero I would. We booked in for our capped service for our car, and they tried to charge us more than double for the service. it's not like we are getting 2 services or they changing the oil filter, and topping up the liquids twice.
Parts and labour is very expensive. If you take a car to them for diagnostics on electrical they charge $385. Compared to the Renault dealership in Osborne their level of customer service, reporting of faults and efforts to remedy the situation was much much lower.
Beware of misleading upsell tactics I am writing this review to warn others about the deceptive sales practice my wife experienced at Prestige Honda (Leach Hwy). We booked a fixed-price service for $368.
