They are so busy they don't need to respond to your questions. If you are a fan of Prestige Homes because of the quality and past experience (previous home owner) I would reach out to another company. Bridgewater has a location for Prestige. I had to reach out to them twice as they didn't respond to my original questions. The website directs you to their Facebook page where you can request to speak to a sales agent or ask questions.
