Very disappointing experience with Prestige Homes LLC. My mother paid the deposit before signing the lease because we trusted them. After taking the money, they refused to rent the place to her and also refused to return the deposit. Communication was unprofessional and the situation caused a lot of stress for our family. I would recommend people be extremely careful, never send money before signing paperwork, and keep records of all conversations and payments.
They helped me with my property in a very difficult time. They fought for me and gave me options when I thought I had none. Very honest and professional. Would highly recommended them and can not wait to use them again.
