Built my house in 1999. Still waiting for them to come by to fix warranty issues.
Started my home in March of 2023 and it is not near to be completed. One excuse after another. I have little trust in them.
Todd Booth (President/Owner) entered my office with tears in his eyes on May 7th, telling me he loved me like a sister before laying me off after 24 years. He then informed Texas Workforce that I mismanaged his company and failed to pay bills, despite the fact that he lacked the funds to do so. Even though I PAID some of their invoices OUT OF MY OWN POCKET to help the company to obtain materials to finish houses.
!!! Don’t not build for this builder !!! Having to file a lien on the jobs that have been completed 5-6 months ago. They like to stiff vendors! They DO NOT pay! All they do is make up excuse as to when you’ll be receiving a check. If we can put zero star we would. Just horrible builder over all
Being ghosted on warranty issues. You pay $$$$$$ for a house, and it has issues that the builder won't fix. Can't even get ahold of them. It took my neighbor's house 2 years to get completed. 1 year over due.
