I was robbed by the Prestige in Punta Gorda FL..... You will not get what you paid for. Mind you, Prestige Homes will be paid in full from the mortgage company once that house is on-site. Now at this time, any chance of you getting all the damages fixed inside and outside the home would be like hitting the lottery. This is by far the worst place you could ever buy a home. My daughter just moved to her new home a month ago and can not use the master bathroom due to plumbing problems covered by warranty. 3 days in a row she has been let down and no plumber has shown up to her house. The house is wet every where. She might end up replacing entire floor due to negligence. Please be careful with those people. Go else where with a good reputation.
