I would never but from this company again. It is not due to the product but rather the service after installation. Our home is beautiful however there were damage issues from transportation. I understand stand things happen and that’s fine. The lack of caring from this company is unacceptable. Our flooring was not complete in two areas where the half’s of the house come together. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from this salesperson Dawn Antanovich. Emails go unanswered, and there is little to no proactive follow-up with contractors. The AC is still not completed, permits have not been clearly confirmed or updated, and there are unfinished walls that remain exposed. These are major construction items, not minor details. From our first visit to the lot in June to now, Prestige Homes has been nothing but professional, helpful, friendly, and diligent in providing the new home that we wanted. Mark Gunder was our Housing Consultant who showed us homes and went through the process of picking out everything that we wanted. Ted Harrigan is the general manager and was a great point person between us and the contractors, the county, etc I would send anyone to them for a new home! They went above and beyond for us!!!
