HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE List of things that were wrong 4 years ago when we bought the home. I have since replaced a lot of their screwups! I still have an outlet that has never worked! I had all new flooring installed because they left nailheads sticking up that wore through the floors that they installed. This company is pulling some very crooked stuff on a lot of people. They had me waiting on a delivery date for a Year and a half. When I went into the office they had me on a cancel list without me even knowing. After I already closed on a home with them. One month before my supposed delivery date, they hit me with an email saying they need to raise $32,000 on my already closed loan. They gave me two options. Either pay the $32,000 or cancel and pay $3,500 in cancelation fees. This Company is the worst. They choose to not be... read more
Glenn was WONDERFULL! 🥰 He answered everything and provided extra knowledge on available homes. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
These people sold my husband and I a home. We have had countless problems and have reached out via email and nobody ever gets back to us. I have had to get an electrician twice, siding was badly installed, the floor is soft when you step on it, there’s parts on the flooring where it feels like nails were left under 😮💨 0/10
